BLUE HALO

We completed a comprehensive custom millwork project at Blue Halo’s Herndon, Virginia facility in December 2024. This sophisticated installation showcases our expertise in architectural metalwork through a series of custom metal mesh panels that transform the workspace with modern industrial aesthetics.

Our team fabricated large-scale metal mesh wall panels for the reception area, creating a striking first impression with custom-wrapped corner design and professional powder-coated finishes. The project included eight precision-crafted booth and workspace dividers that provide functional space division while maintaining an open-concept feel, along with multiple ceiling-mounted mesh panels strategically placed to add visual interest and complement the overall design scheme.

Each panel features mid-grade steel mesh construction with robust 2-inch angle and bar stock frames, finished in powder-coated matte black mesh with complementary blue frames and stainless steel angle trim for clean, professional edges. Every component was custom-fabricated to precise specifications, accommodating the unique dimensions and requirements of Blue Halo’s space. This project demonstrates our capability to deliver complex architectural millwork that combines functionality with striking visual design, creating environments that inspire and impress.
